In a customer survey conducted during January-February 2023, 75% of our customers were very satisfied, and 25% were satisfied. None of the respondents was dissatisfied. 95% of the respondents said they were ready to recommend Gislen Software. Our customers mentioned competence, flexibility, high service level, low attrition, openness, transparency and good company culture as reasons for recommending us.
While we are thrilled that our customers are delighted, we also recognise that there are areas for improvement. Our customers have given us various inputs on improvement, but these were mainly project specific.
Gislen Software conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey to understand our customers’ expectations. In total, 21 respondents answered Gislen Software’s customer survey covering almost all our clients.
